Welcome to Diamond's Catering. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves. Kimberly Gauthier and Thomas Diamond have operated a family-owned business in Lynn and surrounding communities for the past 25 years. Kim Gauthier has performed a variety of functions related to food preparation and service for the past 20 years. Together we have established what we believe to be the best catering and food preparation business on the North Shore.

Since we started business together in 1986, we have provided quality food, exceptional service, and great value to many area businesses, organizations, and many more individuals.

We have prided ourselves on our flexibility and versatility, which has allowed us to meet the varied needs of area customers. As Diamond's Catering, we have provided service at corporate functions for such entities as the General Electric company, Eastern Bank, the Lynn Chamber of Commerce, Salem Olde Green's Golf Course, and others. We have also accommodated the diverse needs of such organizations as Knights of Columbus of Lynn, the Marblehead Yacht Club, the Sacred Heart Church, St. Mary's Sr. / Jr. High School, and the GLSS. In addition, we have been hired for many different types of events by a number of local politicians and others.

Once you have reviewed our menus, we ask that you speak with us so we can make additions or substitutions to suit the needs of your functions.

• Dinner Menus All dinner menus are served buffet, sit-down, or family style and include china and silverware.

• Linen Tablecloths and Napkins Additional charge with your choice of color.

• We do require a deposit to secure your function date. The total bill is due one week prior to the day of service. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

We hope that our menus will accommodate you to your liking. Once again, if you do not find a menu that meets your needs and would like to make up your own menu, please call us to discuss other options you may have in mind.
